1. Fly DuckyFly will not be accepting orders from customers who does not have a handphone.

2. Price of Preorder/Supplier's Instock items are subjected to changes.
*Do check with us the price before submitting order form.

3. By submitting an order form, it is a CONFIRMED order. Back out/MIA is NOT allowed.

4. All items are base on a first come first serve basis.

5. Meet ups will be held at Serangoon MRT station (Circle Line), Free of Charge.
*Other places can be discussed however, additional charge will be applied.

6. Fly DuckyFly will not be held responsible if mailed items are lost/damaged through mailing.
*There will be no refund or exchange.
*Registered postage is highly recommended to prevent lost mails via normal postage.

7. Please do not be late for meetups. We will leave after waiting for 15 minutes.
*There will be a fine of $2 for another meetup to be arranged.

8. No refund or exchange is allowed. Please check your items before you leave.

9. If doing bank transfer, do snapshot the ATM receipt as a proof. No receipt, no item.

10. Fly Duckyfly reserve all rights to make amends to the Terms & Conditions without any prior notice.

Meet up
-Do bring along an exact amount of money.
-Be punctual. We'll only wait for 15 minutes.
-Fine of $2 for another meet up to be arranged.

-North South/East West Line: $2
-North East/Circle Line: $1.50

Bank Transfer
-Account no. will only be given after confirmation of order.
-Do snapshot the ATM receipt as a proof.
-Orders will be ignored if unable to produce snapshot.

Delivery

Meet up
-Please check your items before leaving.
-No exchange/refund will be made after the meet up.

Normal Postage
-Postage charge: $1.50
-Additional charge for items weighing above 500g.

Registered Postage
-Highly recommended to avoid lost mails via Normal Postage
-Postage charge: $3.75
-Additional charge for items weighing above 500g.
